DryZone Basement Systems Case Studies: A Waterproofed Basement in Chatham, Ma

Challenge

The customers had a very nice finished basement which has been receiving unwanted water. The situation has been getting worse and it was making the basement non livable. The customer here in Chatham, Mass did not want any more issues and they wanted to also finish their basement to make into a dry, comfortable living area.

Solution

Our system design specialist, Pat Cahill, suggested to the customer a solution that will work. He inspected the basement and came up with a plan that included a full perimeter WaterGuard system and a TripleSafe sump pump system. Also included in this plan was a SaniDry dehumidifier that would take care of any moisture problems.
