Service Technician

DryZone Basement Systems is in search of a highly qualified, highly motivated individual to join and grow with our team as a Service Technician. Service Technicians meet with our existing customers on pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual maintenance or follow up on warranty issues for customers’ waterproofing and crawlspace systems. Average day for a Service Technician:


-Travel to customer’s homes for pre-set appointments.


-Lead the customer through the annual maintenance by building rapport and answering any questions.


-Perform a full inspection of work that was previously completed by us. Perform repairs on damaged products to give the customer a lasting solution.


-Based on the customer’s goals and accomplish list, recommend products or services to enhance and further protect the customer’s home and in some cases install additional products.


Job Requirements:

2 years of experience in relative fields is preferred. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and the ability to obtain a Mass DOT card. Must have the ability to lift 75 pounds on a semiregular basis. Both construction and sales experience are preferred. Must be proficient on tablets/computers. Must have availability to be on rotating schedule for ER calls. Pay is hourly plus commission on sales. Must be open minded, adaptable, quick thinking and upbeat.
