In-Home Sales Representative

DryZone Basement Systems, a local leader in the basement waterproofing industry is looking for a motivated and experienced in-home sales professional to join our growing Team to run company-provided leads and close sales. We provide quality basement waterproofing and crawl space encapsulation to Southeastern Massachusetts and the entire state of Rhode Island.

What your responsibilities will be:

  • Run company generated leads
  • Educate customers on best solutions
  • Close sales and meet individual and Team goals
  • Proficiently use software to generate proposals
  • Dedication to training and growth

What you need for this role:

  • In-home sales experience (preferred but not required)
  • Construction experience and knowledge a plus
  • Reliable laptop with the ability to add software
  • Punctual & polite attitude
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Strong listening, communication, follow-up, and closing skills
  • Detail oriented, focused, and a team player
