What you would do:

  • Recruit, hire and train a team of sales professionals
  • Regularly coach on our sales system
  • Plan and lead weekly sales meetings
  • Ensure our customers always have a remarkable experience
  • Meet and exceed sales goals

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in residential construction and in-home services
  • Experience training and implementing sales systems and programs
  • Track record of motivating and leading a team to growth and success
  • Strong communication skills: asking questions, listening and straight-talking
  • Comfort working with digital tools, including sales software and a CRM
  • Collaborative work style including working with external resources
