Knowledge of the salesperson, he spent so much time explaining everything to us, he was totally honest and trustworthy in evertything he told us. The installation crew were just magnificent. Real teamwork to get the job done in one day, they worked really hard all day long. Total trust in your company and employees. You put the customer first and do what you say you are going to do.
