Surface water was an issue for this basement in Granville, MA. The homeowner had a sump pump, but without a proper drainage system, the risk of floods or standing water is still present, so we installed a full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system! This sits inside the interior, collecting the floor and wall seepage. In this particular photo, we placed TrenchDrains, our grated drainage system to help prevent surface water build up around this water tank. The TrenchDrains perfectly connected to the WaterGuard system to allow for a complete drainage channel. 

A homeowner in  Adams, Ma was having an issue with a crack in their basement wall, which was letting water seep in. Our crew decided that FlexiSpan would be the best fix for the job.
