Challenge

The main problem at this residence was constant flooding. Water in the basement frequently ruined stored items with even the smallest rain storm. Mold was starting to grow on stored items and wood in the basement. This raised health concerns for the family. The family was referred to DryZone Basement Systems by their neighbor, a satisfied customer from 2010.

Solution

Because the family wanted to keep their basement dry all the time, the crew installed a full perimeter WaterGuard drainage system directing all water to a TripleSafe Sump Pump System. The SaniDry Basement Air System was installed to dehumidify and purify the air of humidity, allergens and mold spores. The crew covered all of the items in the basement with plastic to protect from dust during the installation and cleaned up after the installation was complete.
