Challenge

For years, this dirt crawl space was drafty, musty and cold. This caused cold floors on the first floor and musty smells upstairs. This customer contacted us to encapsulate the crawl space and separate the space from the outside air. Our inspector, Jay Hanrahan, met with the homeowner to design a crawl space solution to meet her specific needs.

Solution

Together with the customer, Jay developed a solution that included completely encapsulating the crawl space with CleanSpace and installing a SaniDry CX air system to control humidity and the musty smell. The crew, led by foreman Steve daSilva, completed the installation in one day.
