This homeowner in Allston, MA reached out to us because they were tired of finding water in their basement after heavy rain storms. Solution
Our crew started by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier along each wall to corral the seepage into our WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the basement floor's perimeter to collect groundwater. The water collected in the drainage system is then channeled into our TripleSafe sump pump which sends all of the collected water out of the basement through two discharge lines. On the home's exterior, the crew set up our IceGuard discharge line system to prevent flooding if a line ever clogs or freezes. Now the homeowner has a reliable basement waterproofing system that gives them peace of mind during every storm.
