Waterproofing and Repairing a Finished Basement in Randolph, MA
Challenge
This homeowner in Randolph, MA gave us a call because they were dealing with water seeping into their finished basement. Our inspector, Trevor, went out to the home to assess the water issues that the basement was having and drew up a plan. Trevor made sure that his plan ensured that when the project was done, the basement would be waterproofed but still have that clean, finished look, so the homeowner wouldn't be left needing to do a bunch of repairs.
Solution
On installation day, our foreman, Riley, and his crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the perimeter of the basement floor to collect groundwater. They also installed our SuperSump Plus sump pump which takes the water from the drainage system and sends it out of the home through two discharge lines. To restore the basement walls, the crew installed our EverLast wall panels which are water resistant and work seamlessly with our other products.
