Challenge

This home in Wellfleet, Massachusetts had water constantly in the center of the basement and strong musty odors that the home owners did not like at all! A contractor in the past tried making attempts to correct these issues with exterior repairs but they were not successfull. 

Solution

Since this was the owners vacation home they were only down in the home in the summer months which are usually hot and humid. The customer was happy to get the musty smell taken care of right away! There was a full perimeter waterproofing system installed with a TripleSafe sump pump and a SaniDry dehumidification system.
