DryZone Basement Systems Case Studies: Basement Waterproofing in Weymouth, MA

Challenge

The home owner in Weymouth, MA had DryZone Basement Systems install a waterproofing system three years ago and it was successful. However there was an area of the basement that began getting water recently because of some settling ground after a new addition was added to the property. The property owner knew who to contact to take care of the problem. There was another free estimate scheduled to inspect the problem area. 

Solution

Our system design specialist suggested to add more drainage to the opposite side of the basement where the new problem is occuring to take care of the ground water from entering. The installation team with attach it to the existing WaterGuard drain system and sump pump system. There was also more discharge line added to the waterproofing system as well.
