UltraSump Battery Back-up helps customers keep dry basements during hurricane season!

DryZone Basement Systems installed many UltraSump Battery Back-up systems last week to help our customer's maintain a dry basement during hurricane Irene. We encourage our customer's to consider this option during hurricane season in the event that they lose power during a storm.

The UltraSump Battery Back-up system is a DC operated pump with a separate switching system and a high-quality 120amp battery. The UltraSump is designed and manufactured by Basement Systems Inc specifically for our applications. The UltraSump will pump out over 11,000 gallons on a new, fully-charged battery. The optional UltraSump battery switcher allows two batteries to be hooked up to the UltraSump to double its pumping capacity.
