Quarter 2 Team Huddle

Last week, the team at DryZone Basement Systems took the day to expand our skills as well as celebrate some team wins at our Quarter 2 Team Huddle! After breakfast, we warmed up with some lessons from our General Manager, Brian, on all the types of foundation repair DryZone offers, like our push and helical piers for foundation stabilization. Then we celebrated our 5 Star Champions, MJ and Curtis - these guys consistently get amazing feedback on their work, way to go boys! Closing out our awards was our In the Zone award! This year, we asked our team who they felt was "In the Zone" and the responses were so heartwarming. Everyone was very excited to find out the winner as it was no surprise, Ali is a hard-working and positive presence here at DryZone!

In the afternoon, our team separated into four groups for some demonstrations and training! We had a station showcasing our new service, NuWood, and how it can transform old, weathered wood into looking as good as new! Our sales manager, Jake, went over the process his team goes through when inspecting home and educating homeowners on the services that we offer how they would benefit them and their homes. Jim and Ryan from our service department demoed an annual maintenance and all the steps our service technicians go through to make sure our customers systems are running smoothly. Finally, Derek and Riley showed us the process for installing flawless Everlast Basement Wall System, making waterproofing finished basements seamless!

Overall, it was a productive day of learning and celebrating our team! Now, on to the second half of 2026!
