This homeowner in Bradford, RI reached out to us because water was getting into their basement through the floor. Our inspector, Andy, went out to the home and drew up a plan to keep the space dry going forward. On installation day, our foreman, Melvin, and his crew started by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier seamlessly along the walls to corral any wall seepage into our WaterGuard drainage system which was installed around the floor's perimeter to collect all of the groundwater. All of the water collected in the drainage system is then channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe sends the collected water out of the basement through two discharge lines. On the home's exterior, our IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent flooding if a discharge line clogs or freezes. Now the homeowner doesn't have to worry about finding water on their basement floor!
