The owner of this East Providence, RI home was looking to make some upgrades to the basement but there were some moisture concerns that needed addressing first. The team installed WaterGuard piping with a TripleSafe sump pump in the basement to collect and remove any water seeping into the space. The TripleSafe sump pump consists of three pumps, making it able to pump out over 6,200 gallons of water, with a battery backup pump for power outages or pump failure! Along the walls, CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier was installed to seal the moisture and condensations from the cool concrete walls, which would be directed into the WaterGuard and sump pump for removal.
