Photo Album: Worcester, MA Basement Water Solution
The new owners of this Worcester, MA home hadn't noticed any water leaks in their basement, but having only been in the home for a few months during the dry season, they wanted to be proactive to avoid any surprises. The project consisted of installing WaterGuard and CleanSpace Wall in the area of concern, along with a SuperSump Plus sump pump to remove any water that would come in. The CleanSpace Wall and WaterGuard work to collect and direct water into the sump pump to be pumped up and away from the home!
Super Sump
The SuperSump Plus system will remove any collected water from the basement.
Wall and Floor Seepage
The CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier and WaterGuard piping collect groundwater and wall seepage coming into the basement.
Up and Out
The discharge has our IceGuard on it. Winters in Worcester can be rough and this allows the water to still discharge even if there is a clog or the pipe freezes!
