The basement of this commercial building in Randolph, MA needed some attention as it was getting water, causing concerns! The crew installed our solution, WaterGuard piping with a TripleSafe sump pump system. The systems would work together to collect groundwater seepage and then remove it via pumps from the basement, away from the foundation.
Sump System
The TripleSafe has three pumps to keep water flowing out of the basement.
Groundwater Collection
Our WaterGuard sits at the edge of the ledges in this basement to collect groundwater.
Appliance Leaks
With most of the appliances on a ledge, they are safe from groundwater seepage, but with WaterGuard, the basement is now safe from if those appliances leak!
