This project took place in Wareham, MA where there was a leaking crack in the basement, causing issues for the homeowners. Our FlexiSpan system includes filling the crack with a polyurethane sealant and adding a protective channel so in the chance it does leak, the water will not get on the floor and will instead go into the drywell.
