A customer in Natick, MA had a very humid basement, which was uncomfortable and unsafe for her house. When we had an inspector visit the customer, he saw that the walls were partially damaged from water, puddles scattered across the floor and It felt very damp. We knew what we had to do to give this homeowner a peace of mind. Our production team installed a WaterGuard interior drainage system in the inside perimeter, a TripleSafe sump pump, CleanSpace wall vapor barrier and an IceGuard!

For this side of the basement, we had to go around the window with our CleanSpace.
Discharge Line Outside
As part of the discharge line, we installed an IceGuard to give water a way to escape if the discharge line freezes during cold temperatures.
