This homeowner in Charlton, MA had water seeping into their basement through the walls and floor. When our inspector, Connor, went out to take a look, he came up with a solution that would prevent the water from getting into the basement. Our crew, lead by Lucio, installed our WaterGuard drainage system and TripleSafe sump pump. These two products will work together to collect and push water out of the basement. On the walls of the basement, the crew installed our CleanSpace Wall System which will act as a vapor barrier and seal out any moisture trying to enter through the walls. On the outside of the home, the crew set up our IceGuard discharge line system to prevent water from entering back into the home if a discharge line were to ever clog or freeze. With Connor's plan in place and Lucio and his team's work completed, the homeowner no longer has to worry about water finding its way into the basement.
