This homeowner in Needham, MA was finding that water would get into their basement during heavy rainfalls and although it was only occasionally, they wanted their basement dry all the time. That's exactly what we do! Our inspector David drew up a solution that would keep their basement protected from water at all times. On installation day, Lucio and his crew got to work! They installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the perimeter of the basement floor and the TrenchDrain grated basement drain in front of the basement door that leads outside to catch excess water. They also installed our TripleSafe sump pump to send the water collected by the drainage system out of the basement. On the outside of the home, the crew set up our IceGuard discharge line system to prevent flooding from clogged or frozen discharge lines. The homeowner can now feel confident that with our products in place, their basement will be dry all the time.
