Photo Album: Sunderland, MA Wet Basement Solutions
This homeowner in Sunderland, MA had water entering their basement not only through the ground but also through the window well so they reached out to DryZone to see how we could help. On installation day, Shawn and his crew arrived ready to make this basement completely waterproof. To combat the water entering through the window, they installed our Sunhouse Window Enclosure and WellDuct Window Well Drainage System. The Sunhouse Window Enclosure is installed outside of the home and covers the window, protecting it from weather damage and keeping out a majority of rainwater. For the water that does still enter through the window well, the WellDuct collects it and channels it into the WaterGuard drainage system. The crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the entire perimeter of the basement floor to collect the water from the WellDuct as well as the water coming from the ground. The WaterGuard then channels that water into the TripleSafe Sump Pump, which the crew installed in the lowest part of the basement. The TripleSafe pumps out all of that water through the discharge lines. Our IceGuard Discharge Line System is installed on the outside of the home and was designed to prevent any back-flooding that could happen if a line were to clog or freeze. This homeowner can now have peace of mind knowing their basement is fully protected from water by our products.
