Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing in North Falmouth, MA

A small business in North Falmouth, MA was getting water in their basement so they called us looking for a solution. Eric, one of our inspectors, went to the building, assessed the basement, and drew up a solution that would keep it dry going forward. Our foreman, MJ, and his crew arrived on installation day ready to make Eric's solution a reality. Our crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the floor's perimeter to collect groundwater. Then, our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed at the base of the basement door that leads outside to collect surface water, it's connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. All of that water is then channeled into the SuperSump Plus sump pump. The SuperSump Plus sends all of the collected water out of the basement through a discharge line. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if the discharge line ever gets clogged or freezes. The business owner feels a wave of relief knowing that the basement won't be taking on any more water in the future!
