This homeowner in Wakefield, RI gave us a call because their basement was taking on water and constantly felt very humid. On installation day, our crew started by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier seamlessly along each wall to corral any water permeating the wall into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's entire perimeter to collect groundwater. They also set up our SaniDry XP dehumidifier in the basement to control the humidity. The water collected in the drainage system and dehumidifier is sent into the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe sends all of the collected water out of the basement through the two discharge lines. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if a discharge line ever clogs or freezes. The SaniDry XP keeps the humidity in the basement low and drains itself into the TripleSafe. The TripleSafe takes all of the water it collects and sends it out of the home through the discharge lines.

The IceGuard discharge line system is installed on the outside of the home and prevents flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line.
