This homeowner in Marshfield, MA gave us a call because their basement was never completely dry. Our inspector, David, went to the home to draw up a solution and provide a free estimate. On installation day, our crew installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the basement walls and our WaterGuard drainage system along the perimeter of the basement floor. They also installed our TripleSafe sump pump system to send all of the water out of the home through the two discharge lines. On the outside of the home, the crew set up our IceGuard discharge line system to prevent flooding if a discharge line ever clogs or freezes. CleanSpace Wall System & WaterGuard Drainage System
CleanSpace is a strong vapor barrier that protects the basement walls from water damage and directs any water it encounters into the WaterGuard drainage system. The WaterGuard drainage system is installed along the perimeter of the basement floor and is seen here before it is covered in fresh concrete.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe takes all of the water it collects and sends it out of the home through the two discharge lines.
IceGuard Discharge Line System
The IceGuard discharge line system is installed on the outside of the home and prevents flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line.
