Photo Album: Crawl Space Solutions in Williamstown, MA
This homeowner in Williamstown, MA gave us a call about their crawl space because it was damp and the fiberglass insulation was a mess. Our inspector, Dave, went to the home to assess the crawl space and drew up a solution that included fully encapsulating and reinsulating it. On installation day, our crew started by removing the messy fiberglass insulation and any other debris in the space, as well as regrading the soil. They reinsulated the crawl space with our SilverGlo wall insulation and TerraBlock floor insulation, which are much more effective at regulating temperature and won't deteriorate over time like the fiberglass did. Then the crew fully encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. They also installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to control humidity and the SmartSump crawl space sump pump to further keep the space dry and clean. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about the conditions of their crawl space beneath their home!
