Photo Album: Total Basement Waterproofing in Duxbury, MA

This homeowner in Duxbury, MA recently purchased their home but it had no waterproofing system at all and they could see signs of wetness in the basement. Our inspector, Jake, went to the home to draw up a plan and provide a free estimate. On installation day, Foreman Riley and his crew showed up ready to waterproof the entire basement! They first installed our BrightWall basement wall panels along each wall to brighten up the space and act as a vapor barrier to filter water into the drainage system. Our WaterGuard drainage system was installed along the entire perimeter of the basement floor to collect groundwater. The TrenchDrain grated basement drain was carefully installed around the boiler to catch any excess water and protect it from water damage. The WaterGuard and TrenchDrain are connected and filter all of the water they collect into the TripleSafe sump pump which sends it out of the home through the discharge lines. The crew lastly set up our IceGuard discharge line system on the outside of the home to prevent flooding if a line ever clogs or freezes in the winter. Now the homeowner can rest easy knowing the basement in their new home is completely waterproof!
