In Worcester, MA, a homeowner called us because their basement would take on a lot of water when it rained. Our crew, led by our foreman, Tomas, started by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls to corral the water permeating the wall into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's perimeter to collect the groundwater. All of that water is then channeled into the SuperSump Plus sump pump. The SuperSump Plus sends all of the collected water out of the basement through the discharge line. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if the discharge line ever gets clogged or freezes in the winter. Now the homeowner can have peace of mind during the next rainfall!
CleanSpace Wall System & WaterGuard Drainage System
CleanSpace is a strong vapor barrier that directs seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system. WaterGuard is installed along the perimeter of the basement floor and covered in fresh concrete to provide a seamless finished look. The WaterGuard Port is left visible to provide access to the system when needed.
SuperSump Plus Sump Pump
The SuperSump takes all of the collected water and sends it out of the home through the discharge line.
IceGuard Discharge Line System
The IceGuard discharge line system is installed on the outside of the home and prevents flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line.
