Photo Album: East Greenwich, RI Basement Waterproofing

This homeowner in East Greenwich, RI gave us a call because the unfinished part of their basement was taking on water. Our inspector, Benny, went to the home to take a look at the basement and drew up a solution. On installation day, our foreman, Kervin, and his crew started waterproofing the basement by installing our WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement floor to collect groundwater. The WaterGuard drains into our TripleSafe sump pump which the crew installed to send all of the water out of the home through the two discharge lines. On the outside of the home, our crew set up the IceGuard discharge line system to prevent flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen line. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about water in their unfinished basement!
