Photo Album: Middletown, RI Basement Waterproofing

A homeowner in Middletown, RI gave us a call looking for help with handling the water coming into their basement. Our inspector, Andy, went to the home to assess the basement's water issues and drew up a solution. On installation day, our crew first installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the floor's perimeter to collect groundwater. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed in front of the basement door that leads outside to catch surface water, it is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. All of that water is then channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump which has three lines of defense against water. The TripleSafe sends all of the collected water out of the basement through two discharge lines. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if the discharge line ever clogged or froze. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about water finding its way into their basement!
