Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing in South Chatham, MA

A homeowner in South Chatham, MA reached out to us looking to waterproof their basement. Our inspector, David, went to the home and drew up a solution that would keep their basement dry going forward. On installation day, our foreman, Damien, and his crew started by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the wall to corral seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's perimeter to collect groundwater. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed in front of the basement door that leads outside to catch surface water, it's connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. All of that water is then channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump which sends all of the collected water out of the basement through two discharge lines. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if the discharge line ever gets clogged or freezes in the winter. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about water in their basement!
