This homeowner in Orleans, MA reached out to us because they were dealing with water coming into their basement after heavy storms. On installation day, our foreman, Tomas, and his crew first installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the floor's perimeter for collecting the groundwater. The crew also installed our WellDuct Window Well drainage system to send the water coming in through the windows into the WaterGuard as well. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed at the base of the basement stairs that leads outside to catch excess and surface water, it's also connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. All of that water is then sent into the TripleSafe sump pump which sends it all out of the basement through the two discharge lines. The crew also installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity in the basement low year-round. On the outside of the home, our IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from coming back into the basement if a discharge line ever clogs or freezes. Now the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement is protected by DryZone.
