Photo Album: Finished Basement Waterproofing in Framingham, MA

A homeowner in Framingham, MA reached out to us after water got into their finished basement. Our inspector, James, went out to the home and drew up a plan that would allow them to refinish the basement with peace of mind after the project was done. On installation day, Foreman Lucio and his crew installed the WaterGuard drainage system along the floor's perimeter to collect groundwater. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed inside of the bulkhead door to catch surface water, it's connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. All of that water is then channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump which sends all of the collected water out of the basement through two discharge lines. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if the discharge line ever gets clogged or freezes in the winter. Now the homeowner can refinish the basement and feel confident water won't be effecting it again!
