Excellent, courteous and efficient service.
Len was courteous and and convincing but not aggressive in his approach.
The crew, Emilio, Shane, and Austin were all courteous, respectful, and did an excellent job.
There was nothing for me to do but put things back that had to be moved out of the cellar.
What made you choose our company:
I started thinking about getting a sump pump and two things happened that directed me to Dry Zone Basement Systems. First, I noticed your truck at a home not far from me on 6A in Barnstable Village. Then I saw your ad in the blue Value Pac that comes in the mail from time to time. I called to get a free estimate. Len was thorough and courteous. I felt good about the proposal and signed the contract. I must tell you that I had Renewal by Andersen here last summer to give me an estimate for a slider. I did not hire them to do the job. The sales pitch was much too forceful. I hired a local carpenter and I love the slider he installed.
