The only thing I did not like was the quote that was given with a discount that would expire that day if deposit was not paid. I just feel it was a very expensive project and would have appreciated the discount with more time.
They left my basement much cleaner than when they arrived. Very professional and kept me up to date during the whole project. They did not rush me at all at the end of the project and stayed to answer all my questions.
As I said before cleaner than when they arrived. Took all debris that was agreed on.. made it very easy for me.
What made you choose our company:
I found a video on YouTube of your owner explaining the system. I never thought I could have a dry basement until I saw the video and decided to explore a little bit further. My basement has never been dry before (except for mid summer) and it has been completely dry for two days since the install.
