Our home had water for the first time ever in the great flooding of March 2010. We received opinions and estimates from 5 basement waterproofing companies and were most impressed with this one. A friend with terrible, chronic, flooding had them do work in her basement a couple years ago and raved about them. She went from many inches after each big rain to completely dry. We had them install a TripleSafe pump at our home last week and were completely satisfied. From the people in the office who I spoke with many times, to the two people who came out before the job to look at the basement, to the crew that actually did the install, everyone was great. The price was competitive, and the guys who did the job were extremely polite, prompt and did not leave a scrap of mess. The pump has yet to be tested by a big rain, but I feel much, much safer having it. I would recommend them unconditionally.
