They did an excellent job installing the system and digging for the drains. You can barely see where the trench was dug. I have been in the construction trade for 18 years now and only occasionally do you see work of this caliber. DryZone Basements entire approach to service and commitment is so refreshing. I was incredibly skeptical given my history with their competitor, and asked & reasked for an honest assessment, "was it REALLY possible for me to have a dry basement?" They commented - my basement was BAD, for sure, one of the worst they had seen, but they were confident they could make it dry and so far, somehow, they did! We had two weeks of rain, and I still have a dry basement... even through a power outage! and with the horrible smells of wet moldy basement gone... I am so grateful I switched companies and have nothing but amazing things to say about DryZone basements!!! I am even, dare I say, considering utilizing my basement!
