100% professional service and work from start to finish. No more smell from the damp crawl space, the floors are warmer. Our furnace runs less frequently and shuts off quicker. Jay was great. Explained every step of the process and the materials that would be used. Our crawl space is only 18" high, but he didn't hesitate to squeeze in to take 'before pictures' and to be sure the crew could reach every corner. He came the first day to make sure the crew was on time. The installation crew was Incredible! Very careful not to damage foundation plantings, polite, thorough, called before arrival and were on time. They took pictures of the completed work with our camera as we requested. As promised, another crew member who was tall and thin came in a few days to reach a corner the other guys couldn't.

Good morning.   Jonathan Costa, Senior Foreman, and his team enlarged an existing sump, installed a sump liner, and replaced two older Zoeller pumps with new Zoller pumps.  A SaniDry Sedona humidifier was also put in place and drained to sump.   This is the second sump pump installation by Dry Zone at this property.  The earlier installation included a complete perimeter drain in a separate basement area.   Mr. Costa was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and, in all respects, a good representative for your company.  The work was done in a competent manner by Mr. Costa and two other persons.  Cleanup was excellent.  Care was taken to protect hardwood floors crossed to access inside basement door (no outside access).   Very satisfied with work done by DryZone during this installation, as well as previous installation.   It should be noted that DryZone is somewhat more expensive than other contractors who do this type of work.  However, I have been satisfied thus far that the premium price is justified.   Albert S

Dry Zone Basement Systems have been wonderful! They came and gave me 3 options for waterproofing my basement. They spent a lot of time going over the pros and cons and prices. When I chose (after 3 different bids from competing companies) they set up an appointment, arrived on time, did the work and clean up in the time they said it would take. The system works beautifully. Once when I couldn't get the alarm to go off (turned out it was my fault for pushing water from a broken water heater into the top of the tank), they explained it patiently on the phone and told me how to fix it. They have been wonderful and I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

I knew the type of system that I wanted and Todd made me feel comfortable with the whole process. Also liked the lifetime warranty. Everything went smoothly and everyone was easy going, knowledgeable and professional.
