Swansea, MA Leaking Basement

Water in the basement of this Swansea, MA home was not a welcomed guest and needed to find its way out. Our inspector was able to visit the home during our free estimate and devise a plan that would collect water leaking in and remove it from the basement. This plan included lining the wall with a vapor barrier called CleanSpace Wall that will guide any seepage to the Waterguard drainage system and then to the sump pump, a SuperSump Plus, to be extracted.
