When this Norwood, MA house was built in the 1930s, I’m sure basement waterproofing was never on their mind. But now with water finding its way into the basement, the homeowners needed our help to figure out a way show it the way out. Our installation included a SuperSump pump system with an UltraSump battery backup, this combo will pump water from inside the basement out and contain a charge in the backup system in case of power loss. Then with the Waterguard drainage system around the perimeter, the water will drain into the system which connects to the liner of the pump so the SuperSump can do its job and create a dry basement!
In Sharon, MA this basement wasn't seeing too much water but the owners wanted a pump in place in case. This corner was the lowest point in the basement so it was an ideal spot to put a SuperSump Plus system without the support of a drainage system. The dehumidifier that was also installed could drain right into the sump.
Alex, in Sharon, MA, had a pump in a bucket to help with water in the basement. We upgraded his system to a SuperSump!
Before this homeowner in Sharon, MA called our appointment center, his basement was struggling with water issues. His sump pump system was outdated so it couldn't keep up with the water infiltration, so we installed the TripleSafe sump pump system. This is one of our best ways to prevent dampness and mold growth since it has the ability to pump water at a faster rate and provides a safety cushion in case of a power outage due to the battery backup pump!
This homeowner in Dedham, MA started to see water coming from his walls and floor. He knew if he didn't act upon this matter, then there would be costly damages in his future. He searched for help and came across DryZone Basement Systems. Once our inspector came to look at the matter, he had our crew install our WaterGuard interior drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump and a TrenchDrain. These 3 components work together to keep the basement dry!
