It was a normal rainy day in South Dartmouth, MA until this homeowner noticed his sump pump wasn't even turning on! Worried, he immediately called our appointment center because he didn't want this to keep happening. There was a homeowner in Rockland, MA that needed a new  sump pump really badly. His old sump started to have mechanical issues that weren't fixable unless he got a whole new sump pump. His sump system at that time would start to smoke up whenever it was running, which is not a normal sign for any basement waterproofing system! Our production crew swapped out this old system with our SuperPump Premeir sump pump system along with a battery backup pump in case there's a power shortage!
