Sump Pumps Case Studies: Leaking basement needing solution

Challenge

We were contacted by a homeowner in Shirley, Massachusetts who was having a great deal of trouble with water coming into his basement. The water main pipe running into the house was leaking water from the bottom. The leak was continuous and was happening all the time.

He also was experiencing problems with water coming in other areas of the basement following periods of heavy rain, and extreme water accumulation.  

Solution

We installed a Triplesafe sump pump into the basement, equipped with a backup battery system, a water watch alarm, airtight lid, 3 clean pump stands. We also installed an ice guard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge during the winter months.
