A customer in Sheffield, MA moved into this new home and saw a sump pump that he wasn't so sure of. He wanted a second eye to take a look and see if it's reliable for his lifetime owning the home. We had one of our service technicians visit the basement so he could give his professional view on the system.
Solution
Once the service technician arrived, he opened up the system and performed a full cleaning all over. This was smart to do because this sump pump has not been serviced for 10 years! It was also good because the technician replaced the pump as well since the homeowner stated it had a history of failing a couple times. We are very pleased to have delivered a peace of mind to this homeowner!
