Dryzone is in my hometown and basements are their specialty so I called them first. It has always worked out well Ryan installed my sump pump in 2016 but I was still getting water on another wall. I called Dan and he came in and identified the right solution. He was right on time and attentive to my emails. When I was ready, I set the appointment. Tom and Ryan were not on time..they were early! They called and were understanding not only when I needed a few minutes extra but when I did not set up the prep work correctly, they let me know they would take care of it. Complete professionals the entire way. The job was finished perfectly. It was as if they were never there. The site was left better than when they arrived. The entire Dryzone team works in lock step through intake to initial consult, to solution installation. Dear DryZone Team,   I'm writing to express my appreciation for one of your employees, Rick Bureau. I have worked with Rick on a few different projects starting with my business, The Secret Garden Pet Resort. Rick came up with a solution to drastically improve the air quality at my pet resort, resulting in a healthier environment which I can confidently measure by the almost non existence occurrence of airborne illnesses amongst my guests.    More recently, Rick worked with me on my personal home's dry basement system in East Bridgewater. As a first time home owner inquiring about a concept  so foreign to me, it would have been easy for someone to take advantage of me. This however was never the case, as Rick worked with me to create a solution that was effective yet reasonable. Several months after installing my dry zone system, I contacted Rick to inquire about finishing my basement. Even after realizing a DryZone panel system was currently out of my budget, Rick offered alternative suggestions and spoke to me at length about my different options.    Fast forward to today. As my home was being inspected for a perspective buyer, the inspector noticed a puddle by the new sump pump. With all this rain, I expected the worst and immediately called Rick in a panic. Rick didn't hesitate to reach out to the inspector as well as my real estate agent and my boyfriend to trouble shoot the problem on the spot, even offering to come meet us there after hours. To go above and beyond like that for an issue that turned out to be unrelated to the dry zone system really deserves special recognition. Although I'm sure Rick treats all his clients with this kind of compassion, I just had to speak up and share my experience with the rest of his team. You had very high ratings and review, and I must say they were all right, 5 stars all the way! The company was great! No high-pressure sales! The girls on the phone were very polite and the guy who came for the initial inspection was a great guy, very knowledgeable. My installation crew was Tommy and Ryan. They were great, did great work, fast and clean. Polite, very nice guys! They left the area cleaner than when they started!

I had another company "fix" a basement leak. It leaked more after their supposed "fix"! This company came in not only corrected the problem, but were polite, professional, knew the problem, how to fix it and cleaned up after themselves. It has been a year and my basement is leak free! I would highly recommend this company.

Dry Zone Basement System products have been in my basement for about 6 years now; the quality and reliability of their products and services continues to be outstanding!!

They turned our complicated dirt floor basement disaster into a dry space that we can use, doubling our usable storage space. Many companies told us the job was either too complicated or very expensive. Todd knew exactly what to do and priced us fairly. He even had a new cement floor poured after the drain system was installed. They service our pump yearly and if we have any issues or questions (even weekends or after hours), Todd is always helpful. I highly recommend these guys. They were professional from start to end.

Tom and Rene were extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. They explained everything they were going to do beforehand, as well as demonstrating system after install. Worksite was carefully prepared and clean up was excellent.

The company does excellent work and are very professional and courteous. Derek was very professional and clear about work to be done. The installation crew (Ryan) was another very courteous and professional man. Work was well done and clearly explained. I've used DryZone before, they proved themselves to be courteous, prompt, professional, and most important, successful in their work. Ryan & Matt did the work in an expeditious and professional manner. They arrived on time, as scheduled, and completed the work as they predicted. The Office staff that arranged for Ryan & Matt also were professional and friendly. I hope not to need their services again, but if I do, they'll be the first and only ones that I'll call.
