The rotting stemmed from the high humidity in the crawl space, so we tackled two issues in one installation day! Our team raised the floor back to the correct position using SmartJack floor support systems and fully insulated the crawl space. Properly sealing this crawl space will reduce the amount of humidity within this area. We then covered the whole floor with CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed SilverGlo wall insulation!
