DryZone Basement Systems Before & After Photos

A customer in Natick, MA had recently seen water leaking in from the floor of his basement. After a couple of rainstorms, he noticed puddles of water forming which was annoying to get rid of by hand, so our crew installed a TripleSafe sump pump for this customer! Now, with the three pump system, there are three layers of protection against water coming in, including times where the power goes out due to the backup battery pump it comes with! 

A customer in Natick, MA was seeing water trickling out of the walls, which was part of the reason why the basement felt so damp and humid. There also wasn't a sump pump system, so any water getting into the basement wasn't moving anywhere. The best solution our inspector wrote up was to install a TripleSafe sump pump in the corner to discharge water. In addition they applied CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to prevent moisture from passing through the foundation walls. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was also installed to eliminate water vapor from the air. Now this basement will feel less humid and more safe! 

This homeowner from Natick, MA was looking to upgrade his waterproofing system that consisted of only 1 sump pump. To respond, we provided a full waterproofing system of our own which included a TripleSafe sump pump, CleanSpace wall vapor barrier, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and a full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system to collect the seepage. Now, his basement is in better hands with a stronger sump pump system and a wall barrier to help reduce the humidity. 

This basement wall in Pawtucket, RI had a rather large crack that the owners tried numerous times to seal but water just kept seeping through. After meeting with our inspector, they were able to learn about our FlexiSpan system and how it works to seal the crack and create a secondary channel in case water was to leak so it would stay off the floor. In this case, CleanSpace was added to create a moisture block over the crack.
