DryZone Basement Systems Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Natick, MA heard about DryZone from a friend and reached out because they were looking for crawl space solutions. The crawl space beneath their home had a dirt floor and occasionally took on water which made it pretty damp. Our inspector, Nick, went out to the property and drew up a solution after inspecting the space. On installation day, our foreman, Damien, and his crew fully encapsulated the space to seal it off from the dirty and damp earth. A homeowner in Natick, MA was having issues with their crawl space being damp and smelly so they gave us a call. Our inspector, David, went out to the home and took a look at the crawl space, then he shared a plan with the homeowner. On installation day, our foreman, Melvin, and his crew brought David's plan to life. They first removed any debris that was in the space and then they laid down drainage matting to allow any water to flow under and out instead of pooling inside. They insulated the space with our SilverGlo wall insulation which will regulate temperature and won't deteriorate over time. The crew then fully encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity under control and eliminate the musty odor. Now the homeowner doesn't have to worry about their crawl space!

This basement wall in Pawtucket, RI had a rather large crack that the owners tried numerous times to seal but water just kept seeping through. After meeting with our inspector, they were able to learn about our FlexiSpan system and how it works to seal the crack and create a secondary channel in case water was to leak so it would stay off the floor. In this case, CleanSpace was added to create a moisture block over the crack.

We installed a whole basement waterproofing system for this customer in Pawtucket, RI! They were continuously getting water through the foundation walls, so we installed a WaterGuard interior drainage system to sit inside the perimeter and collect the seepage, a TripleSafe sump pump to pump the water out and CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to help prevent moisture from getting in. 

Before we serviced this crawlspace, it was so damp and musty that the homeowner didn't even want to go inside of it at times! This crawlspace was right under his living room, and every time he'd watch tv, he'd get a whiff of a strange odor from down below. Annoyed, he relied on us to solve his issue. 

We promptly came with a plan drawn up by our inspector, it was to line up the whole area with CleanSpace vapor barrier. This will do a good job at preventing moisture from invading this space.
