Our crew, lead by foreman Tomas, installed a brand new TripleSafe sump pump system into this unfinished basement in Swansea, MA. This basement had been experiencing issues with flooding and water intrusion for many years before they finally reached out to DryZone. Their existing sump pump set up couldn't keep up with the storms, and DryZone has been happy to upgrade their waterproofing system with a brand new TripleSafe!
This sump pump in Norwood, MA was just an open hole in the basement floor. It was constantly getting clogged with debris and rodents were always falling in to die. We came in to install a SuperSump with a closed lid so it would not be a problem anymore.
This crawl space in Norwood, MA needed some serious upgrading! With falling insulation and openings in the stone foundation, it was an open house for any and all of the elements. After the customer gave DryZone a call, we crafted a plan to encapsulate the crawl space with the CleanSpace vapor barrier and spray insulation to keep the elements out. We also used SilverGlo insulation, which will keep the temperate inside of the crawl regulated to help prevent drafty floors.
When this Norwood, MA house was built in the 1930s, I’m sure basement waterproofing was never on their mind. But now with water finding its way into the basement, the homeowners needed our help to figure out a way show it the way out. Our installation included a SuperSump pump system with an UltraSump battery backup, this combo will pump water from inside the basement out and contain a charge in the backup system in case of power loss. Then with the Waterguard drainage system around the perimeter, the water will drain into the system which connects to the liner of the pump so the SuperSump can do its job and create a dry basement!
Numerous patching attempts on this wall crack in the basement had worn out and water was still finding its way onto the floor. Our warrantied FlexiSpan crack repair system uses a polyurethane sealant to fill the crack and apply a drainage layer on top in case a leak does occur. In this case, CleanSpace was also added on top to double seal and moisture out.
