Crawl Space Encapsulation in Portsmouth, RI

This homeowner in Portsmouth, RI reached out to us because they were interested in having their crawl space encapsulated and of course we were more than happy to help! Our inspector, Mike, went to the home to draw up a solution for the crawl space and provide a free estimate. On installation day, our crew started by removing all of the debris from the crawl space, then they laid down our drainage matting. Then the crew fully encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier which seals it off from being effected by outdoor conditions. The homeowner feels much better about their crawl space now that it is fully encapsulated.

Waterproof Garage with a New Concrete Floor in Newton, MA

Our customer in Newton, MA reached out to us to look at her garage. She needed a new floor and needed to stop any water entering in from the outside. Since she has been working with DryZone since 2013, she knew she could count on us to take care of the problem. We removed the existing floor, added a full perimeter drainage system and a sump pump then we poured her a new floor on top. A beautifully effective job well done!

Basement Drain System Newton, MA

An artery line is a term we use to describe when the WaterGuard runs across the floor (as opposed to or in addition to around the perimeter) When water comes up through the floor, artery lines are necessary to carry the water to the sump pump!

Moist Walls in Newton Center, MA

This basement from Newton Center, MA had moisture in their walls which was making its way into the basement! This meant that the basement was very humid, and was in risk of growing mold if the homeowner didn't call us for help! We were able to solve the moisture issue by applying CleanSpace wall vapor barrier onto the foundation walls. This covers the whole wall up with a thick layer of polyethylene to prevent moisture from entering.

Sump Pump Installation in Westwood, MA

This home in Westwood, MA had a sump pump "system" in place. A submersible pump in a bucket that was placed into the ground. It could not keep up with the water and it was constantly getting clogged because of the open 'liner'. Our crew installed the SuperSump system which created a closed system. We also poured a new concrete floor in this basement.
